Lejla Saric: “Hi, I’m 49 years old. Oops, I mean young or at least that is how I have been feeling for the last 22 years since I fell in love with teaching. It was love at first sight. I lived in the UK for 5 years, obtaining a degree at Southampton University. From the moment I became a teacher, I got involved with everything to do with teaching. I am one of the founding members of TETA – Tuzla English Teachers’ Association from Bosnia and Herzegovina. We have organized numerous seminars and five international conferences. By taking part in a few International conferences in Slovakia, Croatia, Serbia and Bosnia, and organizing many conferences, I have been trying to work on myself. After years of teaching, I believe that only a teacher who is in constant need of learning, listening, acquiring new skills and knowledge, and sharing can be a good teacher.”
